Flexibility to Choose Your Shift
We are hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts:
- 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Looking for Part-Time Only?
12 Hour Shifts — Limited to Saturdays and Sundays only:
- 8 AM to 8 PM
- 8 PM to 8 AM
Your Impactful Responsibilities
- Mentorship – Use lived experience to build trust and provide positive role modeling for youth.
- Supportive Listening – Offer non-clinical emotional support and encouragement during challenging moments.
- Skill Building – Assist youth in developing coping skills, self-advocacy, and life management strategies.
- Community Integration – Support participation in school, work, and recreational activities.
- Team Collaboration – Partner with clinicians and residential staff to reinforce treatment goals.
- Empowerment – Promote resilience, hope, and personal growth through authentic engagement.
What You Need to Join Us
- ✔ High School Diploma or Equivalent
- ✔ Valid Ohio Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – Must have a clean driving record (≤4 points)
- ✔ Ability to Meet Credentialing Standards – Background checks required
- ✔ Pre-Employment Drug Testing & References Checked
