Flexibility to Choose Your Shift

We are hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts:

  • 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Looking for Part-Time Only?

12 Hour Shifts — Limited to Saturdays and Sundays only:

  • 8 AM to 8 PM
  • 8 PM to 8 AM

Your Impactful Responsibilities

  • Program Oversight – Coordinate residential programming to ensure alignment with trauma-informed and person-centered care models.
  • Staff Collaboration – Support direct care and clinical teams in implementing indiviualized treatment plans.
  • Scheduling & Logistics – Maintain program schedules, activity calendars, and transportation coordination.
  • Compliance Monitoring – Ensure documentation, progress notes, and reports meet CARF and Ohio MHAS standards.
  • Resident Engagement – Facilitate group and community activites promoting social skills, responsibility, and growth.
  • Performance Review – Track program outcomes and report progress to leadership for quality improvement.

What You Need to Join Us

  • ✔ High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • ✔ Valid Ohio Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – Must have a clean driving record (≤4 points)
  • ✔ Ability to Meet Credentialing Standards – Background checks required
  • ✔ Pre-Employment Drug Testing & References Checked
