Your Impactful Responsibilities
- Medical Assessment – Conduct health evaluations, monitor chronic conditions, and oversee wellness plans.
- Medication Management – Prescribe or oversee medication administration under regulatory and policy guidelines.
- Clinical Collaboration – Partner with LISW-S, case managers, and residential staff to ensure integrated care.
- Health Education – Provide youth and staff with health and wellness training.
- Documentation & Compliance – Maintain accurate medical records, and ensure compliance with heakthcare standards.
- Crisis Intervention – Respond to medical and behavioral emergencies to ensure resident safety.
What You Need to Join Us
- ✔ Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or Equivalent
- ✔ Valid Ohio Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – Must have a clean driving record (≤4 points)
- ✔ Ability to Meet Credentialing Standards – Background checks required
- ✔ Pre-Employment Drug Testing & References Checked
