Flexibility to Choose Your Shift

We are hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts:

  • 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Looking for Part-Time Only?

12 Hour Shifts — Limited to Saturdays and Sundays only:

  • 8 AM to 8 PM
  • 8 PM to 8 AM

Your Impactful Responsibilities

  • Daily Living Support – Assist children with developing independence in tasks such as hygiene, luandry, and light cleaning.
  • Safe Environment Care – Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, organized, and child friendly home.
  • Meal Assistance – Help prepare and serve meals/snacks following menus created by a registered dietitian.
  • Supervision & Engagement – Interact with youth through conversation, activities, and consistent supervision to support emotional and social well-being.
  • Medication Administration – Administer medications safely under RN training and in accordance with agency policies.
  • Behavior Monitoring – Observe, document, and report youth behaviors to support treatment goals and ensure safely.

What You Need to Join Us

  • ✔ High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • ✔ Valid Ohio Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – Must have a clean driving record (≤4 points)
  • ✔ Ability to Meet Credentialing Standards – Background checks required
  • ✔ Pre-Employment Drug Testing & References Checked
