Flexibility to Choose Your Shift
We are hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts:
- 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Looking for Part-Time Only?
12 Hour Shifts — Limited to Saturdays and Sundays only:
- 8 AM to 8 PM
- 8 PM to 8 AM
Your Impactful Responsibilities
- Service Coordination – Connect residents with community resources, educational supports, and aftercare programs.
- Advocacy – Serve as a liasion among families, schools courts, and treatment providers.
- Documentation – Maintain accurate case records, serivce plans and contact logs.
- Goal Monitoring – Track resident progress toward educational, behavioral, and family goals.
- Discharge Planning – Prepare youth for successful transition or reunification with support networks.
- Family Engagement – Conduct ongoing comuunication with gaurdians and support systems to enrich outcomes
What You Need to Join Us
- ✔ High School Diploma or Equivalent
- ✔ Valid Ohio Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – Must have a clean driving record (≤4 points)
- ✔ Ability to Meet Credentialing Standards – Background checks required
- ✔ Pre-Employment Drug Testing & References Checked
