Your Impactful Responsibilities
- Therapeutic Intervention – Provide individual, and group counseling using evidence-based modalities.
- Treatment Planning – Develop and monitor indiviualized service plans aligned with member goals
- Clinical Supervision – Oversee case documentation and support care coordination among staff.
- Progress Monitoring – Conduct reviews and adjust interventions based on measurable outcomes.
- Collaboration – Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and family engagement sessions
- Crisis Response – Provide on-call or in-person support for behavioral or emotional crises
What You Need to Join Us
- ✔ Master's degree in Social Work or Equivalent
- ✔ Valid Ohio Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – Must have a clean driving record (≤4 points)
- ✔ Ability to Meet Credentialing Standards – Background checks required
- ✔ Pre-Employment Drug Testing & References Checked
