Flexibility to Choose Your Shift
We are hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts:
- 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Looking for Part-Time Only?
12 Hour Shifts — Limited to Saturdays and Sundays only:
- 8 AM to 8 PM
- 8 PM to 8 AM
Your Impactful Responsibilities
- Leadership Oversight – Manage daily operations to ensure safety, quality and regulatory complianace.
- Policy Implementation – Enforce CARF and Ohio MHAS standards across all program functions
- Staff Management – Supervise hiring, onboarding, and performance of multidisciplinary teams
- Financial Stewardship – Monitor budgets, staffing ratios, and resource utilization.
- Quality Improvement – Oversee audits, risk managament, and program evaluation processes
- Stakeholder Communication – Serves as the liasion between leadership, licensing agencies, and community partners
What You Need to Join Us
- ✔ High School Diploma or Equivalent
- ✔ Valid Ohio Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – Must have a clean driving record (≤4 points)
- ✔ Ability to Meet Credentialing Standards – Background checks required
- ✔ Pre-Employment Drug Testing & References Checked
